  • How to proceed with the order?

      Enter the chosen products in the cart, filling in the required fields (color, size, quantity) and then click on add to cart. You can change the quantity directly in the "cart" section, rewriting the number of products and confirming with the Red button.

  • What type of file should I attach to personalize the purchased items?

    Upload your files for printing in jpeg, tiff, png, bmp formats.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We guarantee maximum security for your payments.

  • Do you process returns and refunds?

      We replace or refund any item that is defective, damaged or does not conform to the order within 30 days of delivery. It is not possible to make returns or refunds due to second thoughts about the purchase or the type of customization requested, given that the right of Returns do not apply to personalized items

  • Can I Pay on Delivery?

    It is possible to pay on delivery by selecting "Payment on delivery" when checking out

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship throughout Europe, obviously also to Italy including the islands.

  • What are the shipping costs?

      Shipping costs are fixed and equal to Euro 10.00. We always ship only with Express Courier. By subscribing to our News letter, the first shipment is free. Shipping is free for orders over Euro 300.00.

  • What timeframes are expected for shipping the goods?

    Standard shipping times are 7/10 working days

  • I want to buy multiple items of the same product, what do I do?

    You can change the quantity to purchase by clicking on the cart icon at the top right of each page. Next to the unit price you will find the "Qty" field. Here you can write the number of products you want to purchase by pressing the "Enter" button. " or by clicking on the "Update cart" button the quantity will be updated.
