The use of viewing or ordering products on this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the pages of the site. How can I purchase? By placing firm orders in writing on the ristomacchia.it website, the buyer expresses his consent to receive information on the product, delivery and order status.

Prices

1. Products with a 0 zero value are not available in stock and 0 zero is not the actual price of the product invoiced and delivered.

For these types of 0 point products listed on the site, we are able to notify you in writing of the billing and delivery price upon request within 10-15 business days of receiving your written request.

2. The prices indicated do not include VAT. According to the Romanian legislation in force, VAT is 19 and is added to the displayed prices.

3. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

4. The minimum quantity for customized products is 10 pieces. for each article, printing mode. Costs will be communicated later.

Information on stocks and delivery times

RISTOMACCHIA AC SRL cannot guarantee stock availability of all the products displayed. For this reason, RISTOMACCHIA.IT assumes the right not to honor a particular order if the product disappears from the supplier's current offer. In this case, the customer will receive a notification via email regarding this situation:

each order will be confirmed by RISTOMACCHIA AC SRL and the customer will subsequently be notified of the delivery deadline for each order.

Failure to package or perform financial or other obligations towards RISTOMACCHIA.IT will automatically result in the failure to count the following orders from the same User and/or from the same IP.

Returns or refunds

1. We replace or refund any item that is defective, damaged or does not conform to the order within 8 days of delivery.
2. It is not possible to make returns or refunds to companies and/or professionals due to second thoughts about the purchase of the items.
3. It is not possible to make returns or refunds on personalized material, as it is not applicable on personalized items.

Bank transfer : if you choose this option you will be shown the IBAN to which to make the transfer

Mark : Payment by cash on delivery allows you to pay in cash upon delivery directly to the employee of the express courier company that delivers the package to you. The service includes a cost supplement of €4.50
